Peter Georghiades BSc (Hons) MA PGCE

Managing Director

Peter was the director of Estate and Business Manager at an Academy Trust in Brent. He was also an Assistant Headteacher teaching Economics, Accounting and Business Studies.

He managed a portfolio of HMOs, which consisted of leasehold, freehold, and overseas properties. He negotiated lease extensions, section 21 notices, and tenancy agreements in the 30 years of overseeing the portfolio.

Mathew Georghiades, BEng (Hons) Msc

Director

Mathew has worked in a number of accounting firms with experience in Bookkeeping, Personal Tax, VAT returns, and Corporation Tax. He has completed the AAT Level 2 (Distinction), AAT Level 3 (Merit) and has completed the Certificate Level of the ACA qualification.

Elaine Georghiades

Company Secretary

Elaine has worked as a Personal Assistant to Senior Management and the CEO for over 25 years. She was clerk to the governors of a multi-school Academy Trust and has a wealth of experience as an administrator and support for senior teams.
